Acne body wash and acne can't win battle

There are numerous ways to fight acne. Wash your face with mild sop and warm water at least twice a day. Never scrub your face, just use a soft towel and pat dry. You can also use a good face wash to keep your skin free from oil and dirt. If you use make ups, then try using 'oil free' cosmetics. Don't press or touch or squeeze pimples, as the pus in it will cause an infection which will leave a scar or mark. Stick on to a good vegetarian or vegan diet which is very healthy. As you know, meat and dairy products contain too much of cholesterol and fat. Eat loads of fresh vegetables and fruits. If you develop too much of pimples or oil, consult a dermatologist who will prescribe you a medicated soap or lotion to treat you acne.
Especially for teens, the perception that acne is caused by having poor hygiene is also a major psychological blow. This isn't necessarily true, especially in cases of severe acne, but it can still cause those who suffer from it to become more anxious about how others see them, and this in turn can cause self-esteem to plummet.
In today's modern world, we enjoy a great variety of options to treat acne. When it comes to acne, most people only think of the big name products, or the rumored remedies that do not work, or they go to the nearest pharmacy and simply buy some medicine and cream. But what would you when most of the things you do don't work? What will be your last acne solution? As one of the lucky persons, I have treated and removed my acne a few years ago. Proud and happy to be acne free, I would like to share with you a little bit of wisdom on acne treatment. I am quite sure that these bits of wisdom is the last acne solution you ever need.
